It talks about choosing a good health plan for your family; how to use your health plan and get the most out of it; how to use mental health and drug and alcohol treatment services; how to know your rights; and what to do if you have a problem. There is practical step-by-step advice on keeping track of information, getting information on the phone, and writing an appeal letter. There is a glossary of terms and a list of useful phone numbers to call for more information.
