The Technology Integration Project (TIP) was a six-month professional development initiative designed to help adult educators purposefully and effectively incorporate technology into instruction. Most adult educators are part-time and struggle to keep up with the latest tech tools, platforms, and devices. The TIP project built their capacity and confidence in dealing with an ever-changing world of educational technology. The project featured a facilitated online course, coaching to develop technology-supported lessons/units that address CCR standards, collaboration and peer observation, and the development of a final recorded presentation. These archived projects illustrate how instructors and professional developers from five New England states are using technology to enhance their practice.
